Privacy Policy

This policy is published by Impact Consulting AI LLC ("we", "us"), based in Brandon, Florida, USA. It covers this website, impactconsulting.ai, and the company's own internal software called Company OS, described below.

Our products, such as ForgeHOA, FaithHaven, PokerPulse, PaidUp, HeartRestarted and others, each have their own website and their own privacy policy. This policy does not cover them. Please read the policy on each product's own site.

If you use the contact form: your name, email address, company name (if given), the service and budget you pick, and your message. We store this in our database and send a copy to our own inbox, info@impactconsulting.ai, so we can reply to you.

If you sign up for the newsletter: your email address and which signup box you used.

Visit statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It records the page address, the referring site, and general details such as browser, operating system, device type and country. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. Before a page address is sent, the site removes anything after a "?" and any part of the address that looks like an ID.

Hosting and fonts: the site is hosted by Vercel, and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Like any web request, these services receive your IP address and browser details when your browser loads the page.

Cookies: this website does not set cookies for visitors. The only thing it stores in your browser is a sign-in session, and only for our own staff when they sign in to the site's admin area.

We use what you send us only to reply to you, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to understand which pages are read. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share it only with the services that run the site for us (Vercel for hosting and visit statistics, Supabase for the database, and Resend for delivering email), or when the law requires it.

We keep contact messages as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing info@impactconsulting.ai.

Company OS is the company's own internal operating software. It is used only by Impact Consulting AI LLC. It is not offered to the public, and no member of the public signs in to it.

Company OS connects to Google through YouTube API Services, with the company's own Google account, to upload the company's own marketing videos to the company's own YouTube channels and to read back those videos and their view statistics. It asks Google for these permissions only:

• upload videos (youtube.upload);
• see the company's own YouTube account and videos (youtube.readonly);
• see YouTube Analytics reports for the company's own channels (yt-analytics.readonly).

What this means in practice:

• It accesses only the company's own YouTube channels. It does not access any other person's Google or YouTube data.
• It uses the data only to publish the company's videos and to see how they perform.
• The upload permission Google gives it is stored only on the company's own computer. It is not stored on this website or sent anywhere else.
• It does not sell, share or transfer Google user data, and does not use it for advertising.
• No person reads the data except the company's own staff, for running the company's own channels.

Impact Consulting AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access can be removed at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is removed, Company OS can no longer reach the channel, and we delete the stored permission from our computer.

Because Company OS uses YouTube API Services, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply.

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
